The Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics (C3G) has partnered with the Goodman Cancer Institute (GCI) to setup and operate a bioinformatics hub at the GCI. The said hub will:

• Provide on-demand bioinformatics analysis services to participating GCI researchers.
• Identify training needs and organize training events at the GCI
• Offer advice and guidance on bioinformatics topics to the GCI researchers through consultations and office hours.

Requesting Services

Participating researchers can request on-demand bioinformatics service by contacting us at alain.pacis@mcgill.ca or gci.bioinfo@c3g.ca, providing a short description of the experiment, available data and expectations in terms of analysis.
